- Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water (100°C).
- Infuse for 5+ minutes depending on your desired strength.
- Enjoy 1-4 cups daily in between meals to harmonise and restore energy.

Crown Chakra – Tulsi, also known as Sacred Holy Basil is traditionally used to promote health throughout the entire body. It has a history within Indian medicine as a treatment for many conditions and is considered a tonic for the body, mind, and spirit.
This herb invites awakening, awareness and balance to the chakra centres, forming deep spiritual connections and the union of the heart and mind to bestow love and devotion. Studies have linked it to stress relief and improved sleep patterns amongst many other health benefits.
The Sacred Holy Basil is known to affect cortisol levels (stress hormone), managing and reducing its levels in the body. Hence it also comes in handy when treating chronic stress side effects, such as a weakened immune system or an unbalanced metabolic activity.
Base Chakra – Ashwagandha invites security and stability. This ancient vedic plant imparts strength, vigour and rejuvenation. It is effective in controlling bacterial infections. This Indian Ginseng is rich in anti-inflammatory properties and traditionally used as an effective method to combat gastrointestinal and respiratory tract infections. Moreover, it is rich in antioxidants which is a natural way of scavenging toxins in the metabolic process.
Third Eye Chakra – Lavender invites insight, intuition, harmony and a peaceful mind. It can help reduce anxiety and emotional stress, as well as with the restoration of a healthy glowing skin complexion. In addition, due to its antioxidant content, it promotes slower ageing of the skin.
Throat Chakra – The peppermint in our throat chakra tea invites clear pathways and the removal of barriers, increasing communication, truth, awareness and acceptance of wisdom. It is traditionally used as an effective alternative to relax the intestinal muscles, calm the stomach discomfort and relieve blocked gas, thereby encouraging a healthy colon and a nourishing body.
Solar Plexus Chakra – Chamomile invites a relaxed, centred and soothed soul and is a natural way to ease bowel movements. Additionally, it may help battle skin inflammation scars and assist with the maintenance of the skin’s healthy glow.

Revered in Ayurveda for thousands of years, tulsi has traditionally been used as a restorative and balancing herb. Its naturally aromatic flavour sits somewhere between basil, mint and gentle spice, making it both distinctive and refreshing.
Tulsi has a fresh, aromatic flavour with subtle notes of mint, clove and sweet spice. In Chakra Tea, tulsi is complemented by peppermint, lavender and rose, creating a fresh, floral and grounding cup with a gentle warming finish.
Yes. Tulsi is naturally caffeine free, and so is this Chakra blend. Because the tisane contains no black, green or other traditional tea leaves, you can enjoy it throughout the day, including when you prefer to avoid caffeine.
Tulsi has a long history in Ayurvedic herbal medicine, where it is traditionally valued as a restorative, balancing and adaptogenic herb. Human research has also explored tulsi in relation to stress and wellbeing.
Tulsi and culinary basil are related plants, but they are not the same herb. Tulsi, or holy basil, is Ocimum tenuiflorum, while common sweet basil is Ocimum basilicum. Tulsi has a more complex aromatic profile, with fresh, peppery and clove-like notes rather than the familiar sweetness of culinary basil.
Tulsi has traditionally been consumed regularly as part of Ayurvedic practice, and Chakra Tea can be enjoyed as part of your everyday tea ritual. A really yummy and purposeful potent tea blend. I have drunk tulsi for years for its anti-histamine benefits, and lavender/camomile to help de-stress. I adore the addition of ginger, rose, peppermint and ashwagandha. Soothing, grounding and calming. The glass jars are lovely, postage was fast, and I appreciate these superb organic teas being available to me. I have tried about 7 OM teas so far, and this is my 2nd fave – with Australian Bush Blush Tea definitely my absolute fave.
