Exchange & Refund Policy
In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product, provided the product is in its original condition, and we are notified within 10 business days of receiving the product:
- The product proves faulty within 10 days of receiving the product.
- The product does not match its description as provided when sold.
- The product received is not the product ordered.
- The product has been damaged in transit.
Refund or exchange may be provided in case of a change of mind by arrangement with OM within 10 business days of receiving he product. Product must be returned in original packaging, and any freshness seal must be intact. Return shipping to OM will be at the buyer’s expense in case of change of mind.
Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a possible return. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.
Parcels that are lost after being delivered with an authority to leave are not eligible for a refund. Authority to leave is automatically assigned for orders getting send with Australia Post or if the parcels weighs less than 500g (e.g. containing only 1 or 2 items).
Please ensure that returned products are safely packed. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.
Where goods are being returned, refund will be issued after receipt of goods in satisfactory condition by OM.
