Minimum Order
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes. Our minimum order value for wholesale orders is $250. Orders must be paid upfront unless otherwise negotiated.
Do you have MOQs on your products?
Yes we do. The MOQs vary depending on the category and the product. To view a copy of our Product Catalogue please complete the wholesale application form above.
What are your payment terms?
Upfront payment is required for all orders. 30 day payment terms will be considered upon application.
What do you charge for shipping?
Freight is calculated based on the state and postcode of the delivery address. This is automatically calculated in Ordermentum when you place your order with us.
How do I make a wholesale order?
Can I purchase samples to try before I make an order?
You sure can. Samples are $4 each and you can order these before making a full wholesale order. For recommendations please complete the form above and we’ll give you a call.
How do I place a wholesale order?
To place an order you will need to complete the wholesale application above. Our customer service team will then be in touch with you. We have an online ordering platform that we use where you can log in and create the order yourself.
What products do you recommend I start with?
We have a number of collections or starter packs that might be suitable for you that range from $300 up to $865 in total. Our team are more than happy to talk you through what products may suit your business category.
I am based overseas, can I still order wholesale?
Yes. We have a number of stockists overseas. Please complete the application form above and we will be in touch with you about the process.
Do you sell tea bags wholesale?
We don’t produce tea bags as part of our wholesale offering however you can order tea bags if using our Private Label service. Head over here to find out more.
