There is the lift you want at nine in the morning, and there is the deeper reserve that stops you running out by three in the afternoon. They are different problems and they call for different things, which is why this collection contains both caffeinated and caffeine-free options rather than treating energy as one thing.
For the immediate lift, green tea and matcha give you caffeine alongside L-theanine, which is why the rise feels steadier than coffee and why there is less of a drop afterwards. Our Super Dust combines matcha and cacao with superherbs for exactly this.
For the deeper reserve, adaptogens and nutritive herbs are the traditional approach. These work over weeks rather than minutes, supporting the body through sustained stress rather than providing a spike. Our Energy Tea and Spirit Dust sit in this group, and both are caffeine free.

Not in the way coffee does, and it would be misleading to claim otherwise. What a caffeine-free blend can do is support the systems underneath: adaptogenic and nutritive herbs are traditionally used over weeks to help the body cope with sustained demand, and a warm drink that is not a fourth coffee helps in its own right. Our Energy Tea is built this way, with uplifting citrus and restorative earthy herbs.
The green teas do: Sencha, Moroccan Mint and Moroccan Mojito, along with the matcha in Super Dust. The herbal blends contain none.
If you want the caffeine but a gentler version of it, a green tea or Super Dust in the late morning. If you want to stop at one coffee, a caffeine-free blend in the afternoon breaks the habit without leaving you with nothing to reach for. Our caffeine free herbal collection has the full range.
The green teas might if you have them late, depending on how sensitive to caffeine you are. The herbal blends will not. If winding down is the harder problem, our Relaxation + Sleep collection approaches the same twenty-four hours from the other end, and poor sleep is often the real reason for low energy.
None. No blend in our range contains added sugar, syrup or sweetener, including the cacao. That matters here because most products sold for energy work by delivering sugar, which is precisely what produces the crash an hour later.
