Supporting skin from the inside and the outside
Skin responds to both. What you drink contributes hydration, minerals and antioxidants, and supports the digestive and elimination systems that show up on the face when they are struggling. What you apply works more directly, cleansing, exfoliating and softening the surface itself. This collection covers both, because treating one and ignoring the other tends to disappoint.
To drink, our Cleansing Tea is built on nettle, a mineral-rich nutritive herb, while Antioxidant Tea uses berries and hibiscus, and Rooibos Tea with Rose combines rooibos with rose and vanilla. Our Shine Dust pairs raw cacao with triphala, chicory and dandelion.
For the bath, Aurum is a gentle milky soak with chamomile and calendula for sensitive skin, and Sel de Mer is an exfoliating marine mineral treatment. Alongside them, a body brush for dry brushing and a natural sea sponge for cleansing.
FAQ and further info about our skin and complexion range
Indirectly, and not overnight. Hydration matters, and skin is one of the first places dehydration shows. Beyond that, a herbal infusion contributes minerals and antioxidants as part of a varied diet, and supporting digestion and elimination often helps because the skin tends to reflect what is happening elsewhere. What no drink does is act as a treatment for a specific skin condition. If you are dealing with persistent acne, eczema or rosacea, that is a conversation for your healthcare professional or dermatologist.
Nettle is the classic, a nutritive herb rich in minerals and used traditionally as a spring tonic. Rose and calendula are both used for their gentle, soothing quality. Chamomile is traditionally applied to irritated or sensitive skin. Bitter herbs such as dandelion and chicory sit in the collection because of the connection between digestion and complexion rather than because they act on skin directly.
Aurum is the gentle one. It combines chamomile and calendula in a milky, oatmeal-style base, and it is the opposite of an exfoliating salt soak, which can feel like too much on already irritated skin. If your skin is broken, weeping or you have a diagnosed condition, check with your healthcare professional before adding anything to the bath.
Skin turns over roughly every four to six weeks, so anything working from the inside takes at least that long to show. Exfoliation and hydration are visible faster, within days. Consistency over weeks beats intensity over a weekend, which is true of most things here.
