Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, as per our wholesale orders, the minimum spend for corporate gifts is $250.
What is the standard turnaround time?
The turnaround time depends on what kind of customisation you are after. We can provide existing products with OM branding within 3-5 days of your order. If you’d like customisation we will provide you with an estimated timeline of production when confirming your brief.
How long will delivery take?
Currently our courier partners are expecting delays and it depends where you are located. We have found that deliveries in NSW metro are still delivered within 2-3 days. Orders from WA can take up to 14 days to be delivered.
Can you create customised gift packs?
Yes we can make customised gift packs including multiple OM products. Please complete the form and we can talk you through the options available.
