My Order

What if I need to modify my order?

Once you have paid for your order unfortunately it is no longer editable.

Please email us on info@organicmerchant.com.au to let us know what changes you require. Don’t forget to include your order number in the message.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If your order is unpaid, please login and update the shipping address on your order. Otherwise email our team on info@organicmerchant.com.au and we can update the information for you.

Can I get same day delivery?

We don’t currently offer same day delivery however our production process is pretty quick if you live in NSW. For any urgent orders please call us and we’ll do our best to select the appropriate courier service.

How do I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been processed you will be emailed a copy of your purchase as well as a tracking number for the delivery.

What happens if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order does not arrive on time, please check with the courier company using your tracking number first. If you have no luck with them, please email us the order number and your contact details so we can investigate further.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately we don’t have a store front so we are unable to provide orders for pick up.

My order was damaged. Can I get a replacement?

We’re sorry your order was damaged. Please take a photo of the damage and email it to info@organicmerchant.com.au along with your order number. Our customer service team will be in touch with you to arrange a replacement, credit or refund where relevant.

Wholesale

Do you sell your products wholesale?

Yes, we provide the majority of our products at wholesale prices to select stores. To apply, please complete the wholesale application form.

Is there a minimum spend for wholesale?

Yes we have a minimum order value of $250.

Do you provide private label options?

Yes, we do offer private label of select tea and cacao blends. Apply here for private label bespoke blends.

Corporate Gifts

Do you offer corporate gift packs?

Yes, we do provide options for corporate gift packs. Please complete the corporate gifting form to receive further information.

Is there a timeline on placing an order for corporate gifts?

The timeline of your order depends on whether you need any custom elements created. For custom elements please allow 4-6 weeks to turn around.

What budget should I set aside?

Our minimum order value for Corporate Gift Packs is $250 to qualify for wholesale rates.

What process should I expect?

You’ll receive an email from our Partnerships Director that will outline the options available for corporate gift packs. Once you have finalised your numbers, deadline and any custom elements you will receive a cost estimate and project timeline.
