Our products are dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, non-GMO, vegan, certified organic and plant-based. They contain no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, or sweeteners.

This product has been manufactured, packaged and stored in a facility that is free from nuts, dairy, soy, sesame seeds, sulphites and eggs.

We invite you to discover the beauty and rhythm of ritual, as a way to connect with ourselves, each other and the natural world. These simple steps offer the basis from which you can create your own daily rituals.

  • Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water (100°C).
  • Infuse for 5+ minutes depending on your desired strength.
  • We recommend complementing with a slice of lemon and/or honey to taste.
  • Enjoy 1-4 cups daily in between meals to harmonise and nourish.

After finishing your brew, we encourage you to return your steeped herbs back to the earth, for example in your home compost, worm farm or garden waste, allowing it to breakdown into organic matter and return to nourish our environment.

Which may naturally:

  • Aid the hormonal changes that women experience in various stages of life, from PMS to menopause.

Dandelion root: May regulate blood pressure and prevent constipation. It is naturally high in oestrogen, which plays an important role in body detoxification and hence is relevant for detoxifying excess hormones in the body.

Shatavari: Contains shatavarins and sarsapogenin which are naturally occurring precursors to female sex hormones. The herb helps balancing hormones and menstruation, enhance fertility and libido, and is useful in reducing menopausal symptoms.

Ashwagandha: It is mineral-dense and helps the endocrine system (responsible for regulating hormones) by reducing cortisol, increasing blood production and strengthening the adrenal glands.

Schizandra: Traditionally used for cleansing and supporting the liver and to metabolise hormones.
