- Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot.
- Infuse for with freshly boiled water, for 4-5 minutes depending on your desired strength.
- We recommend complementing with milk and/or honey to taste.
- Enjoy daily, especially for morning or afternoon tea to uplift and restore.

After finishing your brew, we encourage you to return your steeped herbs back to the earth, for example in your home compost, worm farm or garden waste, allowing it to breakdown into organic matter and return to nourish our environment.

Earl Grey is made by infusing Orange Pekoe leaves with the essence of bergamot, a citrus fruit originating from Southern Italy. The bergamot tree produces a small, green orange, resembling a lime, which is used both for its flavour and medicinally in folk treatment for digestion, skin problems and fever.
