Cold and flu prevention: In Europe, French Earl Grey is particularly popular throughout the colder months, as it is believed to be very effective for preventing colds and the onset of flus, due to the bergamot it contains.

How to brew French Earl Grey Tea

• Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water (100°C)
• Infuse for 5+ minutes depending on your desired strength
• Pour into your favourite cup and experience the moment
• We recommend complementing with a slice of lemon or milk and honey to taste
• Enjoy daily, especially for morning or afternoon tea.

After finishing your brew, we encourage you to return your steeped herbs back to the earth, for example in your home compost, worm farm or garden waste, allowing it to breakdown into organic matter and return to nourish our environment.

Storage
