Orange Pekoe Black Tea (Camellia sinensis)

Orange Pekoe is not an orange-flavoured tea, but rather a grade of black tea composed of whole loose leaves.

As it is composed of whole leaves and not left-over dust or fragments, it is considered to be high quality.

High in antioxidants, it may reduce free radicals in the body, promote cellular health, and ward of degenerative diseases like cancer.

It also contains a compound known as l-theanine, which can help relieve stress and reduce anxiety.
