We invite you to discover the beauty and rhythm of ritual, as a way to connect with ourselves, each other and the natural world. These simple steps offer the basis from which you can create your own daily rituals.
How to brew Australian Breakfast Tea
- Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water (100°C)
- Infuse for 5+ minutes depending on your desired strength
- Pour into your favourite cup and experience the moment
- We recommend complementing with a slice of lemon or milk and honey to taste
- Enjoy daily, especially for morning or afternoon tea to restore and revitalise.
After finishing your brew, we encourage you to return your steeped herbs back to the earth, for example in your home compost, worm farm or garden waste, allowing it to breakdown into organic matter and return to nourish our environment.

Serves
Our Australian Breakfast Tea Box and Jar contain 70g and serves up to 40 cups.
The compostable Refill Pouch contains 140g and serves up to 80 cups.
Storage
To preserve the vitality, flavour and therapeutic actions of our teas, we recommend storing in our signature MIRON ultraviolet glass jars – or in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Storing in this manner will extend the blends aroma, vibrancy and benefits for up to 24 months.

What is the difference between Australian Breakfast and English Breakfast tea?
English Breakfast tea is generally a blend of Assam, Sri Lankan and Kenyan teas. It is a strong blend that goes well with milk and sugar, and also with a ‘full English’ breakfast. Our Australian Breakfast Tea draws inspiration from this tradition and combines it with tangy and aromatic native lemon and eucalyptus to create a characteristically Australian taste.
Why is it called a breakfast tea?
The strong flavour and natural caffeine content of breakfast teas have traditionally made them a popular choice to accompany the morning meal and start the day alert and energised.

I’ve bought this tea a few times now…I received it in a sample box and it’s one of my faves. I can’t drink plain black tea now that I’ve had these teas…they’re just so aromatic and mild. I never get that tannin overload like you do with some black tea. No matter how long I steep it it’s perfect with a splash of soy milk. I look forward to my afternoon ritual of a cup of this or the wattleseed and cinnamon tea.

An interesting and surprisingly fresh twist on regular black tea. If you drink your black tea with a little milk like I do, it isn’t ideal, as the Myrtle fragrance is present and interferes a little with the dairy. Otherwise a very nice tea to drink black.
