Linden Flower (Tilia)

Linden flower is native to Europe and Western Asia. Due to their calmative effect, they have been used historically to soothe nerves and treat health problems associated with anxiety.

The flowers are yellow and once dried can be brewed as a delicious and potent tea.

They strengthen the body’s immune system and aid in the treatment of cold and flu symptoms.
