Red Clover (Trifolium pratense)

A flowering plant native to Europe, Asia and North America.

The small, pink coloured flowers are high in nutrients such as calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, and vitamin C.

It has been used traditionally to treat skin and respiratory conditions, and to balance hormones in menopausal women.

To relieve symptoms, it can be consumed as a tea or extracted into essential oils.
