Red Clover has been traditionally used to treat skin and respiratory conditions. It originates from Europe, Asia and North America and is commonly used to make tea or extracted into essential oils. It’s flowers are high in nutrients such as calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, and vitamin C.
