Triphala

Triphala (Emblica officinalis + Terminalia bellirica + Terminalia chebula)

Triphala is an Ayurvedic herbal mixture composed of three fruits Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis) Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), traditionally used as a multi-purpose treatment for centuries.

It is high in antioxidants which aids in neutralising free radical activity and improving skin health and appearance.

It is also naturally high in polyphenols which make it helpful for modulating the gut micro biome and promoting a healthy digestive tract. Triphala is recognised for its ability to gently cleanse the system while concurrently nourishing and restoring it, as well as its ability to manage dental health.

This popular Ayurvedic Polyherbal formulation results in extra therapeutic effectiveness due to the synergism of the herbal components.
