Moroccan Mojito makes a delightful iced tea or cocktail infusion:
- Place 4-8 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 1 L, into a jug or teapot and fill with hot water, not boiling (85°C). As a rule of thumb you can boil water and let it cool down for 1-2 minutes before using it.
- Infuse for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
- We recommend serving in a tall glass over ice and experience the moment.
- Complement with a lime and sprig of mint or your favourite cocktail mixer.
- Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
This is one option. You can also use a cold-brewing method. Explore all methods in our article How to make iced tea.

The fresh mint character works especially well with lime and other bright citrus flavours. For a summery twist, try adding fresh fruit such as berries, peaches or watermelon, or muddled mint for a more pronounced herbal note.
Once brewed and chilled, Moroccan Mojito Iced Tea makes an easy cocktail base. For a classic mojito-inspired serve, combine it with white rum, lime and a little natural sweetener, then serve over crushed ice with fresh mint. Explore our Moroccan Mojito iced tea cocktail recipe for the full instructions.
The combination of fresh mint and light green tea gives the blend a clean, refreshing base that works naturally with lime and white rum. Unlike a traditional mojito mixer, the tea provides the main flavour without needing fruit juice as the base.
Yes. It can be enjoyed simply over ice with lime and fresh mint, or topped with sparkling water for a lighter, more refreshing drink.
White rum is the natural match for a mojito-style cocktail, while vodka also works well with the fresh mint and green tea flavours. The tea can be used as a base for experimenting with your own summer cocktails.
Yes. Although the blend contains no added sugar or sweeteners, you can adjust the finished drink to taste with a natural sweetener such as stevia tea or another preferred sweetener. This works particularly well when using the tea as a cocktail base.
