The vibrant ginger’s spicy and warming aroma is complemented by the lemongrass’s citrusy scent and flavour. The two ingredients pair perfectly, curating an exotic and uplifting infusion.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water (100°C). Allow to brew for a minimum of 5 minutes before drinking. This lemon and ginger tea infusion can be served hot or cold as an iced tea with a slice of lemon.
