Then I provide you with an initial treatment plan including a range of preventative and restorative lifestyle and nutritional measures to best help you reach your health goals. I am a strong believer that good eating habits are the foundation of health, as such dietary intervention is always a key component of my therapeutic approach. Where appropriate a herbal remedy may be prepared for you.

A 30 minute Naturopath Consult with Chalimah Jeanne, is typically reserved for a follow-up consultation 2-3 weeks after your 1 hour or 1.5 hour initial consult. During this time we discuss the progress of your treatment, any changes that have occurred, and the best ways to further promote your health. From here I maintain and monitor your condition as needed and will continue to inform and empower you throughout your healing process.
