How to brew Chamomile Tea

• • • Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water (100°C)
    • Infuse for 5+ minutes depending on your desired strength
    • Pour into your favourite cup and experience the moment
    • We recommend complementing with a slice of lemon and/or honey to taste
    • Enjoy 1-4 cups daily in between meals to instil calm and comfort.

After finishing your brew, we encourage you to return your steeped herbs back to the earth, for example in your home compost, worm farm or garden waste, allowing it to breakdown into organic matter and return to nourish our environment.

Does chamomile tea irritate the bladder?

Chamomile tea is generally considered to be soothing and gentle, and it is not known to irritate the bladder for most people. In fact, chamomile tea is often used as a home remedy to help calm and relax the body, including the urinary system. It has mild anti-inflammatory properties and is often used to alleviate symptoms associated with various digestive issues.
