A 30 minute Naturopath Consult with Chalimah Jeanne, is typically reserved for a follow-up consultation 2-3 weeks after your 1 hour or 1.5 hour initial consult.

During this time we discuss the progress of your treatment, any changes that have occurred, and the best ways to further promote your health. From here I maintain and monitor your condition as needed and will continue to inform and empower you throughout your healing process.

OM Clinic and Bookings

Expect to be asked a lot of questions. Naturopathic and functional medicine take time, this is because we need to understand your history, listen to all of your concerns, and seek out the root causes of illness and inflammation. 

You will be sent a questionnaire to complete prior to your first consultation. This helps to give our Naturopath a little background before meeting you.

Our appointments are prepaid. If need to cancel or make a change you will need to notify us within 24 hours to receive a refund.

Appointment Times

If a date is blocked out it means either the appointment times for that day are already booked or our Naturopath is not available that day. Please look forward to when the next available date is and book. If the matter is urgent please contact us and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Once you have paid for your consultation and received a confirmation email from us you will need to complete a questionnaire. A zoom link will then be shared with you via email for the date and time of your appointment.
