1 Hour Naturopath Consult (zoom)

$150.00

A 1 Hour consult will include a comprehensive assessment of your health.

I take this time to gain a clear understanding of your current set of symptoms, as well as your overall health by identifying any health risks and gathering information on your personal and family medical history.

As it is a holistic form of therapy, you may also be asked for details on your typical diet, daily activities, general lifestyle, as well as your mental, emotional and social environments. Other diagnostic tests or Referral to a medical practitioner may be required to complete the assessment.

Then I provide you with an initial treatment plan including a range of preventative and restorative lifestyle and nutritional measures to best help you reach your health goals. I am a strong believer that good eating habits are the foundation of health, as such dietary intervention is always a key component of my therapeutic approach.

Where appropriate a herbal remedy may be prepared for you.

A 1 Hour consult will include a comprehensive assessment of your health.

Please note that your appointment should be made at least four working days in advance to allow time to complete the relevant questionnaires.

Please bring details of medicines/supplements that you are taking and results of any relevant medical investigations.

Your follow-up consultation is typically 2-3 weeks after your initial consult, and usually takes 30mins. During this time we discuss the progress of your treatment, any changes that have occurred, and the best ways to further promote your health.

From here I maintain and monitor your condition as needed and will continue to inform and empower you throughout your healing process.

OM Clinic and Bookings

Expect to be asked a lot of questions. Naturopathic and functional medicine take time, this is because we need to understand your history, listen to all of your concerns, and seek out the root causes of illness and inflammation. 

You will be sent a questionnaire to complete prior to your first consultation. This helps to give our Naturopath a little background before meeting you.

Our appointments are prepaid. If need to cancel or make a change you will need to notify us within 24 hours to receive a refund.

Appointment Times

If a date is blocked out it means either the appointment times for that day are already booked or our Naturopath is not available that day. Please look forward to when the next available date is and book. If the matter is urgent please contact us and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Once you have paid for your consultation and received a confirmation email from us you will need to complete a questionnaire. A zoom link will then be shared with you via email for the date and time of your appointment.
