HEALTH BENEFITS OF RAW CACAO + SOOTHE DUST

• Turmeric contains a chemical called curcumin, which might reduce swelling and is often used to treat conditions that involve pain and inflammation.
• A natural antioxidant linked with slowing the ageing process and depression.
• Adding black pepper to turmeric can reap further health benefits as compound piperine helps to make turmeric more bioavailable.
• Liquorice has antiviral and antimicrobial properties.
• The flavonoids present in liquorice root have shown to be effective in relieving stomach discomfort.

HOW TO PREPARE CACAO INFUSIONS

1. Use 1-2 tsp per cup, depending on how chocolatey you like it.
2. Add a sip of hot water, then stir to make a paste. This way you avoid chocolate lumps in your cup.
3. Fill up with your choice of hot milk.

We recommend using oat milk and adding a splash of honey!
