Hawthorn Berries have many therapeutic benefits on the heart due to its vasodilating, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Studies show that it also reduces blood lipid and cholesterol levels and can change cholesterol metabolism of the liver as well as lower blood pressure [1].
