OUR SENCHA CONTAINING MOROCCAN MINT GREEN TEA
Use one teaspoon per cup water. First boil the water, then let it cool for about 3 minutes this will allow to temperature to fall to about 85 to 90 degrees Celsius. It’s important for the water to be hot, not boiling hot to prevent scalding on the green tee and damaging the important antioxidants.
Once he water has cooled a little, pour the hot water over the tea leaves and let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
